1. Ball bearing is a kind of rolling bearing, the spherical alloy steel ball is installed in the middle of the inner ring and the outer ring, to reduce the friction in the process of power transmission in the way of rolling, and improve the efficiency of mechanical power transmission. Ball bearings cannot withstand large heavy loads, which is common in light industrial machinery. Ball bearings are also known as ball bearings.

2. Commonly used bearing equipment are: motor drive shaft, light (civil) motor vehicle transmission parts, mechanical processing equipment, factory production line mechanical transmission assembly, etc.

3. General industrial bearing balls are made of steel balls with hardness between 61 and 65. Due to the small area of the ball bearing, it is easy to cause serious mechanical damage at high speed, which speeds up the replacement frequency and increases the cost.

4. With the advancement of technology, cemented carbide bearing balls are gradually replacing steel ball bearing balls. The main component of cemented carbide bearing ball is tungsten cobalt alloy (WC-CO), the hardness is between 90-92HRA, and the wear resistance is good. Its wear resistance is dozens to hundreds of times that of steel balls. Surface polishing polishing, low friction coefficient, greatly improve the service life, reduce the cost.
